Website and Technology usability

Consumer Surprises  A consumer behavior evaluation can tell you how your customers are really interacting with your website.  Web usability studies of users frequently reveal that when given specific tasks to perform on a website, they often will rarely succeed in reaching the correct solution, or they will end up close to the solution without knowing it.  Whether you are selling to consumers or businesses, or your products involve technology, "close" is not good enough when you are trying to please your customers.

Information Architecture involves providing consumers with a website that meets their needs.  Online consumers come to websites to get information quickly and easily.  Because users have different levels of skills and needs, designing a site that addresses both levels of skills as well as understanding how users search for information can make their visit to your website either enjoyable and memorable in a positive way, or in a manner where they will not return.
